We integrate a series of automatic and semi-automatic machinery, including injection molding machines, IC bonding equipment, SMT and printing machines into our manufacturing process for optimal production efficiency. To maximize our output capacity, we strategically place our production machines at key locations along our assembly lines.
Site Advantages
Beginning in early 1999, our current factory site in Guangdong, mainland China, will have a supporting factory in Beijing. Our Beijing factory will have a total area of 8,000 square meters. This new addition will help extend our existing production capacity and expand our markets worldwide. In addition, both our factories are centrally located near transport systems for prompt deliveries.

From start to finish, our QC staff inspects every aspect of the manufacturing process to ensure product perfection.
Quality Control Procedures
We begin our QC process by inspecting all incoming raw materials to make sure they meet our high standards of quality. As production begins, we place several QC inspectors at key stages of production to check for product defects or imperfections. Once our products pass through our assembly line inspections, our QC inspectors conduct a final comprehensive check during packaging. As a result of our thorough QC inspections, we can guarantee all of our products against any manufacturing defects.
